I assume you don't have the skin files? You will need to sit down and chop this template.
Where did you get them from? Maybe you can buy the the skin package from there.

If you have a fixed width on your forums I don't see why it shouldn't work, probably even possible with a liquid style.
At the top of my head I don't see any problems. Maybe someone with more knowledge has another input though!

Judging by the screenshot from the first of the styles it's your basic design, I'm not saying that as a degrading remark but more so to say that the changes are simple css (2 minute implementations) and the gradients can easily (to size) be designed (which is a 30 second job) Overall, I could have the first style designed and implemented in less than an hour.
Saying that it's impossible was premature. Bare in mind, nothing is impossible sometimes people will tell you things to extort more cash.
The 2nd style is a little more complex in the way the .tcat is a 3 part cat header but the staff here will put you right if you ask nicely. :)

I apologise for being blunt but there's more chance of a comet hitting vb.org and wipeing the database than me styling. It's something I absolutely hate and won't get involved with unless it's my own forum and even then it takes several days for me to get remotely motivated. I'm sure someone will come along and give you a helping hand, someone who enjoys the styling experience. Maybe you can offer a service in exchange?
There are tons of admin resource forums which allow you to post and ask for help or recruit staff which would kick start your site.
Sorry, but I can't accomodate your request. :)
