Does anyone know a mod that assigns rank based not only on post count but time registered as well?

Yes exactly.

I've already assigned the ranks for minimum posts but want to combine it with a time registered element also. Partly to stop spam posts.

Make sepearte usergroups. And then promote them.. So they have to have . X Posts and to be on your board for X days then it puts them in a new usergroup with the same permissions but just a different rank :)
