Upgrading.

I am going to upgrade a forum from 3.5.4. to 3.6.0.

The forum has several modifications ect.

What is involved in the upgrade and will I need to reinstall all modifications?

I just upgraded my board and everything went okay.

Just read the instructions that comes with vBulletin and you'll be okay. The only difficult part for me was merging all the template edits with the new vBulletin templates.

It will really depend on which modifications you have installed.

I wouldn't say all' if it was a modification on here, most of them are converted to 3.6 and alot of 3.5.4 modifications work also.

I uninstalled them all just in case, because I upgraded my dev board with all my mods installed and I killed the site.

Your best bet is to uninstall everything.
Close your forums.
Upload 3.6 files.
Run upgrade Script.
Revert Templates.
Reinstall mods, and make any other edits.
