Thumb previews on the forum topics?

I wish to have a preview on my topics forum like in this picture attached.
I found a mod but is for the VB 3.0 there's one also for the 3.6?

In the attachment section there's an option "thumb" but it seems to work only inside the thread (it make a little preview of the picture)
