More detailed permissions?

I searched around and didn't find anything, so I figured I would ask here. I need to be able to make a forum section where when a moderator/administrator posts a thread you can view/reply to that thread and see your own reply but see no other replies. Is there an existing addon which allows this? Thanks for the help.

I've not had a proper look at this modification yet, but it might well be what you are looking for. It certainly sounds promising
