"Additional Options" Please Help

Is there a way to set which "Additional Options" boxes will be checkmarked by default when posting a message?

Namely:
Automatically Parse URL's
Automatically retrieve titles from external links

We actually do not show these publicly in our forum, but would like to set the default settings. Right now the only way we have to change them is by editing the post itself.

This is feature is supported by vbseo.

Actually, the "Automatically retrieve titles from external links" appears to be standard in VBulletin as it is turned on and working right now. What I want to know is how to turn it off!

Any help would be appreciated!
