Do you need Help Setting up your vBulletin (http://forum.vbulletinsetup.com) ?

I made this site because I enjoy modifying the vBulletin script and thought this would be a great way to find new clients, and advance my knowledge of "tweaking" the vBulletin script.

I'll focus on SEO and speed, they pretty much go hand in hand, but not everyone will know all the tricks. I've had the URL one month, and have so far picked up 6 new clients :) and get 2-4 new sign ups a day. I have a number of licensed scripts including vBSEO (http://www.vbseo.com/) - Photoplog Pro - vbportal plus vB, along with a few others I'm keeping a secret until I install them.. I bought a nice style and have started to integrate it with the hacks and forums that I have now.

check it out, let me know what you think, and please give me a honest review :)

thank you
-Brandon

The adsense type ads need to go. If you are using that site as a business site or for clients it doesnt look professional at all.

Other then that, the site looks good when i saw it the other day, but its not loading at all today

Page load times are very slow for me tonight - and I see text "thumbs up" instead of icons. The colors are nice and clean, the content looks pretty good at first glance. A lot of ads is a bit of a turn-off. I would think that the potential from consulting would out-weigh any potential ad revenue.

I also see a broken image in your header - looks like a big one too.

The forum descriptions are all very verbose and they make the page seem too text-y. I'd shrink the descriptions a little and throw in some whitespace somehow to make things less daunting to a casual visitor.

Good job, though. Just trying to be constructive, not critical :)

I'd appreciate a reciprocal review (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=141547) if you have the time.

How is the load time now ?
I've removed several sites from the server since I updated this post.

You are right that the revenue from consulting outweighs the adsense 10 to 1. I offer some revenue sharing to the members on the forums, so 1/2 is going to them off the top.

are you still seeing broken images ? We're getting ready for a brand new style, so this is sort of a temporary thing for now.

I'll see what I can do to consolidate the forum descriptions up some while still leaving the keywords in ;)

thanks for the review, I'll try and go check yours out too. but as you see by my 2 month gap in this post, how often I check this area.

I would also like some thoughts on our new home page as far as the layout goes, remember I said we're getting a new style.

I'm open to suggestions of what I should show here or how I move modules around..

Thanks everyone :)
