Profile Field that only certian usergroups can use ?

Hello,

Is there a way where i can set it so only certian usergroups can use certian profile fields

eg

Usergroup: cake
can only see and use the profile feild
Profile Field: cakes field

Can i do that somehow ?

They are not the real profile fields
