Minimum Characters Per Post Per Forum

Can someone create a hack that allows me to designate a minimum number of characters per post for each forum. Some forums I would like people to have to post a sentence or two. However for others only a few characters is fine.

Seems pretty easy, so I figured I'd post it here.
