I was trying to change my email in the User CP. I clicked "Edit Email & Password", typed my password and my new email twice and hitted the button "Save Changes". I got the following error message:
The password you have entered does not match your current one. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/login.php?do=lostpw)!
I tried again a few times but couldn't change my email, always got the error message above. This was in Firefox. Then I tried to log in to vbulettin.org in Konqueror to see if I hadn't forgotten my password and could log in with it, it was correct. I went to change my email again in Firefox but got that error message again. Then I tried it in Konqueror and it worked! It must be something Firefox isn't doing correctly. (Firefox for Linux possibly.)

When changing your email, you need to enter your password in the very top box on that page to allow the changes to take place.

If it still doesn't do it and gives you the same error, try a different style and let us know what happens.

That's exactly what I was doing and it didn't work. Then I did it in Konqueror and it worked. But just to make myself look stupid, now it's working in Firefox. However I noticed that before Firefox was asking me repeatedly if I wanted it to save the password and now it's not.

Hm...that is odd. All is working properly now though?

I just tested this, and confirmed that it indeed, IS NOT working in firefox. I had the same problem as mirrorball. I switched to the dark blue theme (i was using the smooth blue theme), and it worked.
