How do i set notification type

Hello ya'll :)

How do i set the subcribed to thread notification type to be default Instant Notification by Email please?
Mine is set to no email by default atm :(

For new users:
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Default Registration Options -> Automatic Thread Subscription Mode

For existing users:
UPDATE user SET autosubscribe = 1
