Can anyone help me when I go to upload a pic I get this error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagetypes() in /home/amsports/public_html/photoplog/functions.php on line 44

The imagetypes (http://www.php.net/imagetypes) PHP function is only avaiable in PHP version 4.0.2 and higher ;)

You need to upgrade PHP on your server or ask you host to do this for you. You are running a very old version (PHP 4.0.2 was introduced in august 2000), so you really need to upgrade it. Such an old version is a big security risk.

Because that forum is on another server (with a newer PHP version) -I think-? :)

Just open your AdminCP, on the home of it you can see your PHP version.
