Where to mod to ad to arcade navbar?

I have this running on my board, but I'd like to add stuff to the navbar area of the arcade...any ideas? I can't seem to find the right template to mod. Thanks.

Find:

arcade > modules > mod_arcade.php

Open the file and search for // Arcade NavBar
