Problem with template only in arcade

Hi again,
I'm working on a vbulletin layout with a right column. The right column is on footer template, that has an eval for some others templates inside of it (to show content in the right column)
This could be the draft:

The content in RIGHT COLUMN is generated by a plugin (because there's no "footer.php" to eval tamplates in footer)
The plugins works like this:
eval('$right_column = "' . fetch_template('right_column') . '";');

Well... in the entire site this works ok; but in arcade the right column doesn't show anything.
And, in debug mode, I can see that right_column template is shown in the group of template usage; so it's working but the content of the template doesn't show...
I see the footer with all of its content, I see the right column but I can?t see there the content of the template that footer evals.
Could be possible that arcade breaks in some way the flow of VB evals ?
I'm really lost, any ideas is very, very appreciated.

maybe you need the $right_column as global variable in the arcade ?
