In the left and the right column on my site.. can i put adsense here??

There are 2 versions of this template, one thats not wide like that one and one that takes up the whole page.. i only have this one so can i add adsense to either side?

yes it doesnt work.. i have tried it and it just mucked up my skin

put the code in a div and use some css to position it if you want it down the current sides
