Possible to contact inactive posters through vbulletin somehow?

I'd like to either send an email, or a PM either automatically or through an interface to users who haven't posted in a set period of time or haven't visted the site in a set period of time

Is there a mod that already can accomplish this?

you can use the built in email users functions.

I always do it once every 90 days for users who havent logged in for atleast 45 days.
