BB code modification

Is there any easy way I could modify the [url] vb code to translate into <a href="url" rel="nofollow" instead of just <a href="url"

In other word so that rel="nofollow" is added to all links parsed through VB code.

I am aware of the signature hack but that only affects sigs not all links that are parse through VB code

Thanks. I tried a number of searches and didn't find it. Seems I just didn't find the right keyword combination.
