Whats the best FREE forum & CMS?

Hi.. i have a project which could use a nice CMS system like Drupal or something, couple that with a forum and maybe a gallery... i was wondering if you may know a good combo of both CMS (fully featured without forum) and a forum :) any help & advice would marvellous, cheers
