it'll come down to personal preference. but i can tell you right now to choose Ibproarcade over V3arcade

simply read the V3arcade thread and you'll see the future problems that are apparent

I am also going with ibProArcade, I have used v3Arcade and you just can't compare the two. Also it's much easier to find games for ibProArcade.
