Hackers seeing IP's on my site?????

I have ONE user that has said they are getting PORT SCAN attacks when they come to my site. Other then me and a few staffers no other member on my site can see IP's on the who is online.
No one else is complaining about this issue. Is there some hack that will allow people to see IP addresses on my site??

No, make the member prove that the port scan is a result of your site.

I wouldnt lose any sleep over it if i were you.
