vB 3.6 Quick Reply Smilies

There isn't a mod for vB 3.6 to put smilies in QR and QE boxes (like the right box when you go advanced). It would be very useful... I think it would win Mod of the month!

However it would be better to have a smilies-box instead of a popup menu
