Linking another URL to Mine...

I have 1and1 host and all the name servers for all my domains are the same? it werid , or maybe i just don't know much.
Anyway i have tried many ways to do this, Hes forward his domain to mine, but then no one can login?

So what do i need for this to happen?

1. He forwards the domain to mine
2.He points it to my name servers

Am i missing anything?

There is nothing unusual about domains having the same nameservers, esp if they were registered with the same company. I'm guessing you don't actually know what name servers are for ?

As for the rest, I don't really understand what you are trying to do, but I doubt you need to change name servers.

Well he just forwards his site to mine.
like try www.dawritersblock.com
It forwards to vbshazz.com and look at the URL it changes to vbshazz yet i want it to stay with dawritersblock

It sounds like one domain is parked on the other. If you have access to web host manager (WHM) look in there under Parked Domains. Also, have a look in your cookie settings in your admin cp and make sure it's set to the default forward slash, if it's not then it won't work on another domain like this. That should fix your logon problem.

That did fix it.. Now i can't login to the admin CP, it logs me in and then out :(

Path to Save Cookies = /forums/

Cookie Domain= blank

If i have path to cookies as "/" it dosen't work at all...
I can login in fine.

But now admin CP won't work =\

Also* on the new domain, when you click on a thread it still stayed at /forums
