multiquote and Add infraction username buttons dont view

I cant see multiquote and Add infraction username buttons. The images are in my ftp but not seen in the page.. Pls look attachment

make sure their in the folders for each differant skin

so

if you have skin 1 with images & skin 2 without, add the images to skin 2
