I would like for the editor that comes up when you make a post to show all my Smilies? Is this possible? I have about 30, and would like for it to show them. Any way to make this happen?

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting Interface Options -> Second one down... Select as many as you wish to show.
