Install plugins = NO VB Tech Support?

I am having a problem with my database (listed below). VB Staff is saying they will not support these issues because I have installed plugins... They want me to uninstall all my plugins and upload the original files before they will help me... I dont understand this concept, am I supposed to never install plugins, so that I can get support?

Thats the way it works, however this is a reproduceable bug.

There are instructions from Colin F near the botrtom of the page, please follow them.

We (Jelsoft) cannot provide support for code we did not write ourselfs. We would litterly being spending hunderends of ours trying to figure out a problem that doesn't even exsist in our stock code. Its not our responsablity to fix code we did not write. Any sort of third party code cannot be support and you will be asked to disable it / remove it.

yup, as Zachery said, "jelsoft" wont support mods,, but most of the time the members here will help you ;)

or there are a number of other vb help sites.. like the one if my Sig :p
