Importing users from old site to vBulletin?

Is there a module that I could use to import a database of users to vBulletin?

One problem I have is that these users do not have a previous username that could be publicly displayed on vBulletin. They were previously sorted by their email address.

I think you can use the ImpEx software, downloadable from the member's area at www.vbulletin.com
