I can't get my impex to connect

I keep getting this message when I click import "Connection to source server failed. Check username and password." yet I'm sure I have the correct mysql source user + pass... someone please help

Do you have the correct server and port, and the correct database name as well.

ps. - is the phpbb source mysql still going to be localhost or not?
