As it stands, the email subject is like

Reply to post 'Show Thread Enhancements - BBcode Manager 1.32 : New looks for your quote, html, php and code bbcodes !'

Now all you generally see in your email client is

Reply to post 'Show Thread Enhancements - B

and that is if you are lucky. Unless you actually open the email, there is no way of telling what exactly it refers too.
