One thread per user in specific forums

Hi guys,
could someone please consider doing a mod whereby it's possible to put a limit on the number of threads (and posts maybe?) per user in specific forums? It would be a setting in the forum manager, I guess.
Shouldn't be too hard, but tremendously useful if you have busy trading forums, for example. It's the only way to automatically stop people from posting multiple adverts.

Thanks! I have been searching for such a mod for a long time and for your same reason (not more than x thread by a user in a given forum)... :)
