Where do I add my Adsense code, so that the banner can be under the nav bar?

And also where do I add the code, so it will show up after the 1st post in every thread?

For the navbar, just open the Navbar template, scroll to the very bottom, and add your adsense code, followed by a <br />

As for the first post, you'll have to do some code hacking. I believe there are modifications for that already, but correct me if I'm wrong.
