Simple help please!

I have vBookie, and last night one of my mods deleted an event.

However he deleted the thread rather than deleting it in the vBookie section.

Now it apears like this and I dont know how to remove it!

It will need to be deleted in the database

how do i know if i do or not, and what do i have to do once i figure that out?
