Navbar above Breadcrumbs

How do I move the navbar buttons above the breadcrumbs and reg box?

I tried to move the breadcrumbs content below my navbar buttons content in the navbar template, but it did not work. I'm confused...

copy and paste everything between

....
<!-- / nav buttons bar -->


And place it above

<!-- breadcrumb, login, pm info -->
