I wrote a number of car related mods back when I used to run phpBB.
The first was a Timeslip Database: http://www.northeastbracketracing.com/forums/viewtimeslip.php
Then there was a VIN Decoder: http://www.carbdford.com/decode_vin.php
Then I wrote a vehicle registry, and tied that into the VIN Decoder: http://www.carbdford.com/vehicle_registry.php
And last, I wrote a Torque Converter Slippage Calculator: http://www.baycityrides.org/slippage.php
(note that I don't own the sites listed above, they're just using the software that I wrote).
Anyhow, I haven't had a car related site in a while, so I never converted these hacks to vBulletin. But now I do, so I've started converting them.
The first, because it was the easiest, is the Torque Converter Slippage Calculator: http://www.superstockhemis.com/forums/slippage.php. I'll be doing the others as time permits.
Now, the question is this... Would anybody else be interested in these? Meaning, should I release them to the public or just convert them and use them for myself?
Post in this thread if you'd be interested. If there's enough interest I'll package them as modifications and will release them here.
