Logo looks mediocre, I would go with something more fitting to the style, colour usage isn't what I would have opted for (not exactly sure what I would have choose) but the colours you opted for imo don't suit.

I would move the thead catergory below the .tcat and go with another colour so it gives the blue tcat a prominant feel.

Forum Icons are incorrectly placed on a background which shows the remnants of the white matte they were save out for. You can request for an alteration in this thread (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=122750) if you choose to have them saved correctly and have them looking smoother.

There's still remnants of the vb stock images still lurking throughout your forum and I would really start (with the images on the index page) by ridding them and going with consistent custom designed images.

All in all the whole look feels defaultish but the amount of work to transform the whole look would take minimal effort by uploading some custom images and make some slight adjustments to the gradients. :)
