How do I enable sigs?

I've been tunneling through the settings and cannot find anything about signature inages in the admin panel.

Check the usergroup settings in the UserGroup manager

Here's a REALLY bad question... How does a user add one? I tried using IMG and all I got was a hyperlink.

Ah ha! I was asking the wrong question. To enable graphics in sigs:

Admin control-->User Profile Options-->Allow [IMG] code in signatures
