Unread Private Message Total is wrong....

Where can I edit the Private Message total in my database?

I recently deleted a bunch of my PM's, but my count is off by 1.

Is there a way to manually edit this back to what it should be via PHPMyAdmin?
Would appreciate the name of the table and value to search for.

user table, pmuread column, I believe.

Try running repair optimize tables, as well as updating counters
