Although ip.gif is uploaded, it doesn't load with 3.6. Any suggestions?

Try reuploading, ensuring it's uploaded in Binary or AUTO mode.

This makes no sense. The ip gif shows up on all post made before the upgrade to 3.6. All post afterward have a broken image pic
