Intergrate with website

Hi, just brought vbulliten and spent the last few hours looking for a way to intergate the boards wth my site main header and navigation to no avail - is anyone able to point me in the right direction?

take the HTML from your website header, and past it into the vBulletin header template inside the Styles and Templates Area

but i have side menus as well?

search for the right column or left column modification, and insert html into that template would probably be the easiest way
