images broken, cannot access admin panel after reload

DNS shouldnt have to repropogate unless of course you changed it for whatever reason, usually a OS reload doesnt cause this.

Not sure why your images folder is chmod to 0777 anyway? There maybe a reason for it, but assuming a default vB install it shouldnt be.

If the DNS does have to reprogate, i'm seen instances of the main domain working on new DNS but the sub folders like /customadminCP not work so thats a possible case. Make sure your config.php file still points to the custom named folder.

try doing Start Menu -> Run -> ipconfig /flushdns to get newer dns information.
