Maybe someone needs to write a vB product that allows users to submit a project, lay out all the details, timeline, etc. Coders could bid on this project, and the client can chooose (through the product) which person(s) will win the bid. The project moves forward, and a testimonial between both parties can then be left at the end of the project (or other early termination thereof).

This would allow coders to earn separate credibility or (reputation points) for doing good work, (or bad). Clients can earn their own reputation for paying on time, good communication, etc.

Just a suggestion! It works for RAC and such.

Why that is a lovely Idea. I think that will cause coders to become more accountable, as they currently can do whatever they want and the victims will be censored! :) Sounds great, I like the idea.
