IE 6-7 and Flash (Bypassing the 'Click to Activate Acive X Control')

It seems that as a new security feature, Internet Explorer now requires a user to click on a flash movie before the flash movie will run.

The link above provides information on bypassing this.

I know this isn't 100% Vb related, but I know a lot of boards use flash for banner ads, headers, logos, etc...
