Well it works pretty well.Did you enter the replacement correctly?

EDIT: I edited the replacement.Try now

It worked for me in Firefox, but not IE. Not sure why?

Try using as replacement :
<blink><font>{param}</font></blink>

Nope. Doesn't blink with IE.

Blink doesnt work in IE6, not sure if it works with IE7 or not

thanks for sharing... but I think this can get annoying if users start abusing it... (the blinking text on forums)

Yeah, blinking text has never worked in Internet Explorer. It'll work in Netscape, Firefox, and maybe Opera.

Ziki,

Thank you so much for the great hack. I'm trying to add some originality to my new forum and so many of the hacks i have tried don't work because the instructions are not concise enough for those of us without a lot of Html or vBulletin upgrade knowledge. It's very frustrating.

To get info how to add bbcodes refer to vbulletin manual :)
