Invalid argument foreach()

Hello
I get this error on top of page everytime I get PM regarding to arcade (arcade notifications):

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /private.php on line 1407

I got similar error once when I tried adding a new game - I guess that was because the flash file did not exist. But I don't know why this error is coming.
