File/Document Library ideas

I am looking for a way to use part of my forum as a document library. This would be a place for users to come and get a copy of a form, etc. that they would need to use for their work.

Does anyone know of a suitable add-in that might work for this. I am open to any ideas. Screenshots would be of a major help.
