hey i wanna know how i can fix a menu like Quick Links? so if i press it i get another menu up.

i need also to know how i can fix so who ever that write the message will be showed to the left like in this forum.

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Style and Language Settings -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template -> Yes
