Spacing Out Categories in 3.6.0

It worked for me fine in 3.5.4... but now it leaves a blue mark at the top? Is it different for 3.6.0? I used these instructions: Click Here (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=156783). And this is my site (http://www.hpinaction.com).
