Changing Images?

Alright, well I've only been using vBulletin as an actualy website administrator for about two weeks, maybe one, so sorry if these seem like simple problem(s).

I downloaded images sets (online/offline marker, re-direct/closed for posting/etc., and posting options {EX: New reply, new thread, etc. }). I However, I don't know how to load them for use on the forum.

EDIT: Is it /images then whatever sub-folders the image should be under? Just re-name them to the correct file names?
