No, I don't think so ;)

I can only find vB Easy Auction (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=92857) for vBulletin 3.0 (the author hasn't been online for a long time, so it's also impossible to ask the permission to port it to vB 3.5).
