Mod with Paypal and Vbux?

Is there a mod or can one be done to buy and sell your points via paypal, where I could charge say .20 on the dollar to buy and .12 to sell via paypal?

(BTW, i checked the Profile of the Member that made VbPlaza & VbBux and it was showing that "LAST ONLINE: July 2006" :(. After july he stopped visitng the forum :()
