How do i get rid of powered by vbulletin on tool bar

I was wondering if anyone here knew how to get rid of the "Powered by vBulletin" at the very top of you Internet Explorer

There's a phrased called "powered_by_x" which you'd have to change to match what you'd like it to say ;)
